10CRMO9-10 Steel Plate

It is a grade that possesses superior content of chromium and molybdenum. The 10CRMO9-10 Steel Plate is a grade that exhibits outstanding tolerance to elevated temperatures in stress-induced systems. A  steel plate can be availed in quenched, tempered, or normalized conditions. The versatile modules within these 10CrMo9-10 Plates make them a good choice in boiler drum and pressure vessel systems. It is a heat-resistant structural steel grade. The grade of 10crmo9-10 Chemical Composition comprises of an excellent content of 0.14 max carbon, 0.50% silicon, 0.80 max manganese, 0.020% phosphorus with 0.30% copper. The versatile grade also has 0.012% nickel, 2.50 max chromium, and 1.10 max molybdenum content. The excellent chemical composition allows them to withstand a range of temperatures.


The 10crmo9-10 Equivalent Astm in the USA is the A38Ge22 Gr.P22 with JIS SCMV4 is the Japanese equivalent. The superior 10crmo9-10 Material Properties allow these modules to possess minimum yield strength of 280mpa while having a tensile strength ranging between 450-600mpa. The excellent  10crmo9-10 Specifications allow these modules to perform well in temperatures up to 550 degrees C.
